AVD is committed to sustainable supply chain management and compliance with human rights and labor rights, strictly abide by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Provisions on the Prohibition of Child Labor and other relevant laws and regulations, and require suppliers to follow the  Supplier conduct manual (download) ,  And implement the relevant requirements to all aspects of supplier sourcing, introduction, cooperation and daily management, promote continuous improvement of suppliers, and ensure supply chain compliance.


AVD Supply Chain follows the eight core conventions of the ILO

AVD supply Chain Human Rights and Labor Compliance Management highlights:

·       Free choice of employment

·       The establishment of employment relationship should be based on the employee's autonomy and willingness.

·       Prohibition of child labor

·       Suppliers shall comply with all applicable local and national minimum working age laws and regulations and shall not employ child labor.

·       Humane Treatment

·       Suppliers should treat every employee with respect and kindness, commit to a workplace free of harassment and abuse, and refrain from threatening employees with harsh or inhuman treatment.

·       Salaries and Benefits

·       Employees should be able to earn a fair wage in accordance with applicable local laws.

·       Non-discrimination

·       Suppliers should promise that employees will be free from harassment and unlawful discrimination.

·       Freedom of association and collective bargaining

·       Where permitted by law, suppliers should respect employees' rights to freely associate with others, form, join or not join a union or an organization of their choice, and bargain collectively.



Mineral conflict Policy

AVD has always been committed to ethical sourcing, committed not to directly or indirectly use mineral resources from conflict areas, and implemented responsible mineral procurement management practices within the company and throughout the supply chain process. Perform reasonable due diligence on suppliers of tungsten, tin, tantalum, gold, cobalt, mica and other materials contained in the materials purchased by the Company, and require relevant suppliers to promise that the products or materials supplied are of legal origin and sign the AVD Supplier conduct manual (download)  with compliance commitments.
