July 30, 2025 – Chonburi, Thailand – AV-Display held the groundbreaking ceremony for its new Thailand production site at WHA Industrial Park, marking a major milestone in the company's global expansion strategy. The event was attended by AVD executives, Thai government representatives, WHA Group officials, and key partners.
Strategic global footprint
The Thailand facility is a core part of AV-Display long-term plan to enhance its worldwide service network. Located in Chonburi, we will focus on advanced display technologies, including LCD & touch panel (TP) modules, light guide plates for backlights, embedded software & system integration for display solutions. With Thailand’s strategic location and favorable trade policies, the plant will improve the supply chain efficiency and enable faster response to Southeast Asia and global markets.
Phased development for sustainable growth
AV-Display (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary established in October 2023 and the project has progressed steadily, with land acquisition completed in December 2023. The new site will feature state-of-the-art production facilities, R&D center, and customer support.
